Regular BOTOX clinics can continue at NEO Kids at Health Sciences North, thanks to recent funding from a community group.

The Shrine Club of Sudbury raised money through special BINGO fundraisers and presented $15,000 this morning for the important treatments in our community.

About 100 children get the injections to help with motor functions, walking or upper limb movements.

Twenty-five clinics are held in Sudbury yearly and it’s the only one of its kind in Northeastern Ontario.

The Shriners donate yearly to the BOTOX clinics and since 2004 have provided $385,000.
