Taylor Swift has reportedly granted her ex-boyfriend Calvin Harris “visitation rights” to see her cats, Dr. Meredith Grey and Detective Olivia Benson, following their breakup. According to Now magazine, the DJ became smitten with the two felines over the course of the couple’s 15-month relationship and misses them so much that he asked Taylor if he could continue to be a part of their lives. (No word on how Meredith and Olivia feel about all of this.) Harris confirmed the couple’s split last week by tweeting, “The only truth here is that a relationship came to an end & what remains is a huge amount of love and respect.”

Today would have been Prince’s 58th birthday, and Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton has honored the occasion by declaring that June 7 will now be known as “Prince Day” in the state. Entertainment Tonight reports that Minnesota residents are encouraged to celebrate the holiday by wearing purple and listening to the late legend’s music. Prince was passionate about his home state and, despite his fame, opted to settle down at his Paisley Park compound in Chanhassen, Minnesota, in 1988. He died there on April 21 from “self-administered” Fentanyl toxicity.
