One Noise Control By-law for all of Greater Sudbury.

That’s the goal as the city looks for public input over the next three weeks.

The city’s co-ordinator of compliance and enforcement Darlene Barker says consolidating is long overdue.

One citywide Noise Control By-law will replace 26 by-laws and amendments that currently regulate noise within Greater Sudbury that were in place prior to amalgamation.

The public can attend one of four open houses next week….or an on-line survey is available until June 30th.
