Elderly Male Killed In Pedestrian Collision

A serious collision between a pedestrian and car last night, resulted in the death of an elderly man.

Greater Sudbury Police say it happened around 9 pm on Errington Avenue at Fitzgerald Street in Chelmsford.

The man was taken to hospital but passed away from his injuries.

His name will not be released until next of kin is notified and the police continue to investigate.
