Bieber Banned from China, Vogue Celine Dion, Behind-the-Scenes with Kesha, Louis Tomlinson Video

Justin Bieber is BANNED from touring in China because of his “bad behaviour”.

A Chinese state office says it is “not appropriate” for Bieber to tour the country, because of his “words and actions” from his last time in China, which caused “public dissatisfaction”.

Beijing’s Municipal Bureau of Culture wouldn’t elaborate further on specifics but did say “we hope Justin Bieber will continue to improve his behavior as part of his growth, and become a singer truly loved by the public”

Reuters says it isn’t clear whether Bieber has been officially banned by the country, or even whether he has tried to book concert dates there.

Kesha released a behind-the-scenes look at the making of her triumphant comeback single, “Praying,” off her upcoming album Rainbow.

“‘Praying’ showcases my voice in a way my voice has never been showcased in my entire life,” she says in the video. The song was her first in four years following her very public case against Dr. Luke, her former producer who she alleges abused her over the course of several years working together.

Former One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson has dropped his brand new single “Back to You”, which is his first song as a lead solo artist.

Celine Dion stars in a video for Vogue in which she models the latest couture looks from this month’s Paris fashion shows. Vogue says the video is “possibly the first time that haute couture has been shot exclusively for digital.”

Filmed mostly at the legendary Ritz hotel in Paris, the video shows Celine modeling a number of outrageous dresses and headpieces, including one black and white number with a bizarre leather bustier. Designers featured include Dior, Valentino, Giambattista Valli, Chanel, Rodarte and John Galliano for Maison Martin Marigela.

Vogue praises Celine for her “kooky accessories, her outrageous throwback style, and her playful beauty moments,” some of which you can see in the video. In one scene, she holds up a Styrofoam head and takes a bite out of it.

The magazine also notes Celine’s “unwavering positive spirit that has the whole world enthralled right now.” Dion tells Vogue, “My energy feels younger, more dynamic, excited. Everything now feels like it is a first.”
