Greater Sudbury Police have charged a 58-year old man after he allegedly threatened a man in the downtown Tim Hortons with a replica gun.

Around 8 am Friday, a man approached another man at Tim Hortons, showed a gun, threatened the man and then fled on foot.

He was later seen on Larch and Durham Street pointing the gun at cars as they passed.

Officers arrived and found a replica gun on the man and handed the 58-year old three charges.
