The union that represents the public high school teachers who were ordered back to work is not happy with the decision from the Labour Board.

Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation District 3 President James Clyke says it came as a surprise since they followed the Labour Relations Act to a “T”.

Meantime…talk that high school teachers could go back out on strike is unlikely to happen.

That according to Clyke who says back to work legislation would stop any further strike action for this school year.

However, he says if it could be done, teachers would walk out of the classroom again to get their issues addressed.
