Be prepared for some nasty fall weather as remnants of Hurricane Patricia track through the province.

Greater Sudbury is expecting heavy rain to start this morning, along with strong gusty wind.

Up to 60-millimetres is expected by the time the system moves out and that has Conservation Sudbury concerned.

They’ve issued a Flood Outlook and will be monitoring the levels on local waterways.

Residents who live in low-lying areas are reminded of the risk of flooding and fast flowing waterways.

We’re not even going to be the hardest hit, as several rain and wind warnings have been issued elsewhere across the province.

The storm should end by Friday as it moves east into Quebec.
