California lottery officials announced last night that at least one winning Powerball ticket was sold for the estimated $1.6 billion(!) jackpot in Chino Hills, a city just outside of Los Angeles. The numbers drawn were 4, 8, 19. 27, 34, with a Powerball of 10. The multiplier was 2X. NBC notes that there have been no Powerball winners since the lottery was reset on November 7 to its minimum $40 million. The chances of winning this Powerball were just one in 292.2 million. Results from other states have yet to be announced.

Don’t cry into your ice cream just yet, One Direction fans! Looks like, the boys are here to stay – despite reports saying the band’s temporary hiatus would become a permanent one. Sources say, that is not the case! Harry Styles, Liam Payne, Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson may be on a break, but reports now say- they will come back! The source says, “There’s no truth to this, their break remains a hiatus with the intention of reuniting at some point” Even just last week, Niall Horan reassured fans with a tweet saying, “Hey guys, just to let ya know, I’m still here don’t worry. Just keeping my head down and enjoying the break, hope you understand. Love you.”

Friends is returning to NBC this February for a two-hour special and the cast of other big shows are reuniting too!(Taxi, Cheers, Frasier, Will & Grace, The Big Bang Theory, Mike & Molly). The special Friends episode will pay tribute to James Burrows, a highly respected sitcom direction who has directed 15 episodes of Friends and recently reached his 1,000th TV episode! Sources say all Friends cast members will return (Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Matthew Perry) Mark Sunday, Feb. 21 at 9/8 on your calendar!

The topic continues to trend because 41 year old “The Revenant” actor made a priceless face when Lady Gaga walked on stage to accept her award because she touched his back as she was walking by and it completely seemed to catch Leo off guard. Now DiCaprio is speaking out about what really happened. When asked about it by ET’s Cameron Mathison, Leo said “Oh lord, that’s trending, huh?” His explanation for why he made the controversial face he did is that he “just didn’t know what was passing me, that’s all!”

Geeling Ching says being David Bowie’s “China Girl” changed her life. She was 23 years old in 1983 when she was first chosen to play the lead role in the music video. Bowie and Ching shared a brief romance which must have been surreal for Ching, as she was a huge fan of Bowie prior to starring in the award-winning music video.
