Espanola Police have charge one person in connection to a Voyeurism case where several intimate pictures of local girls were posted online, without their consent.

The investigation started last October when a girl came forward about explicit photos of her posted on a website.

She was also able to identify two other girls whose images were also downloaded.

None of them had given permission for the images to be posted.

A 20-year old Espanola man is charged with Voyeurism and Publication of an intimate image without Consent.

If found guilty, the sentence could mean as much as five years in prison.
