According to the Conference Board of Canada, Sudbury’s economy will see small growth this year.

Low nickel prices will have an impact, but the local economy will see growth of around 1-percent.

The Metropolitan Outlook shows the positive growth will end two years of declines.

While there is growth in the economy, the report says Sudbury’s job market will see a 0.7-percent decline after a loss of 6,000 jobs in 2015.
