Samsung now has a 10-country recall for 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7 smartphones, following reports that some of their batteries have exploded or caught fire.

While there has been no confirmed incidents in Canada, Canadians are now eligible for a product exchange.

If you live in Canada and own this phone, you can exchange the recalled device for a new one of the same model or
exchange it for a a Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge through the carrier or retailer that sold the device.
