In a North Bay Court today Sudbury Police Officer,Constable Christopher Labreche pled guilty to one count of fraud.

Labreche was charged last September of fraud under five thousand dollars and uttering forged documents after allegedly submitting false benefit claims to Manulife Financial for two years.

Constable Labreche has been since assigned to administrative duties and in a release, Police Chief Paul Pedersen says he will remain there and could face further Police Services Act discipline.
