Val Kilmer is shutting down Michael Douglas’ recent comments about him having cancer. “I love Michael Douglas but he is misinformed. The last time I spoke to him was almost two years ago, when I asked him for a referral for a specialist to get a diagnosis for a lump in my throat. I ended up using a team at UCLA and have no cancer whatsoever. I still have a swollen tongue and am rehabbing steadily.”

He added, however, that he wasn’t resentful about the misunderstanding. “Whatever led Michael Douglas to speculate about my health, he’s a loving and devoted friend to a privileged group of talent people around the world, and I’m sure he meant no harm,” he wrote. Kilmer‘s statement comes after Douglas told the crowd during a Q&A in London that Kilmer, like Douglas, had been diagnosed with tongue cancer. Douglas also suggested that “things don’t look too good for him [Kilmer].”

With the presidential election exactly one week away, comedian Luis CK is officially throwing his support behind Hillary Clinton. Luis was on Conan O Brien explaining that he doesn’t want “somebody who is likeable or cool”, most likely talking about Obama.

He finishes saying, “This is my feeling overall. If you vote for Hillary, you’re a grown-up. If you vote for Trump, you’re a sucker. If you don’t vote for anybody, you’re an assh*le.”
