Vocal Hillary Clinton supporter Miley Cyrus turned to Twitter on Wednesday to share a tearful video in the wake of Donald Trump’s presidential win. The actress first admitted that she’s sad because Clinton “deserves to be the first female president…She fought for so long and because I believe her when she says that she loves this country. This is all she’s ever done. She’s given her life to make it better.” Cyrus then addressed Donald Trump. “This hurts to say, but I even accept you as the President of the United States,” Cyrus said. “Please, please just treat people with love and treat people with compassion and treat people with respect, and I will do the same for you.”

On Wednesday’s episode of her talk show, Ellen DeGeneres offered a pre-taped monologue to viewers about Tuesday night’s election results.

Ellen first joked that she doesn’t want people to “spoil” the results for her. “It’s on my DVR,” she said. “I’m watching other stuff.” She then talked about Americans’ commonalities, like having no towel when you step out of the shower, and tried to offer words of wisdom and comfort. “People have been very passionate about this race. And I think it’s because we all love our country, we just have different ideas about what’s best for it, which is part of what makes America great,” she said. “And I believe we can all come together because if you take away the labels, you realize we’re far more alike than we are different.”

Now that Raven-Symone has quit the view, casting has begun as Disney prepares to start filming a That’s So Raven spin-off.

The revival will centre upon Raven Baxter’s adult life as a single mom. Recently divorced with two children, Brooker and Nia, her daughter – Nia has the same psychic gift as her mom. Nia just started middle school. She is a “bold and confident” young girl who “frequently finds herself in over her head”. Meanwhile, Booker is the younger, more sweet, innocent and gullible brother.

Vocal Hillary Clinton supporter Lady Gaga spoke out against Donald Trump on Wednesday morning when she stood outside New York’s Trump Tower on a garbage truck holding up a sign that read “Love Trumps Hate.” Gaga also shared a photo of her protest on Instagram, writing in the caption, “I want to live in a #CountryOfKindness #LoveTrumpsHate He divided us so carelessly. Let’s take care now of each other.” Gaga had performed at a midnight rally for Clinton on Monday night in Raleigh, North Carolina, alongside Jon Bon Jovi.
