Police Say Suspect In Kingsway Collision Left Scene Another Car

Greater Sudbury Police are saying the suspect who left the scene of a collision on the Kingsway last Thursday, left in a fourth vehicle.

Last week, officers said four cars were involved in a collision that closed down the Kingsway for several hours.

Now police say it was a 1988 Black Corvette that was swerving in and out of lanes before losing control, crossing the centre lane striking two westbound vehicles.

All three vehicles had signifigant damage.

Two drivers and a passenger had to be taken to HSN and officers say the accused left the scene in a fourth vehicle, shortly after the incident.

The suspect has been identified but police have to wait until an Arrest Warrant is authorized by the courts, before releasing the name.
