WATCH: Jerry Seinfeld Rejects Kesha's Hug

Jerry Seinfeld and Kesha were at the same event when they shared an incredibly awkward exchange on the red carpet.

The comedian was being interviewed when singer Kesha interrupted the conversation to introduce herself saying, “I’m Kesha, I love you so much. Can I give you a hug?”

Seinfeld responded twice with, “No, thanks”. Okay, fair enough right? Wrong.

Kesha probably thought he was joking (because it’s 2017 and hugging people is a very common way of greeting people) and tried again asking, “Please? A little one?” to which Seinfeld responded with “Yeah, no thanks”…..OUCH!

After being shutdown, Kesha practically runs away. Watch the weird encounter below:
