What an incredible Saturday in the Greater City.

The KiSS Dynamic Earth Home of the Big Nickel Summer Cruiser was all over the streets visiting the coolest events!

The day started in Chelmsford where we participated in the Cruisin’ for Organ Donors & “Rich” and what a way to start the day! They had some of the most incredible classic cars on display for a car show and the community involvement during the parade was incredible to see. This was the first parade that the Summer Cruiser has been in this year and it hopefully wont be the last! Thank you to Bob and Gerry for putting the event together and for having the KiSS Dynamic Earth Home of the Big Nickel Summer Cruiser.

After the parade we moved our way back into New Sudbury where we hung out at Party City. I couldn’t believe some of the items they have in store! When they say “it’s not just a party, its a Party City party” they are telling the truth. Party City has a wide variety or items which means you’re capable of having any kind of party! With Halloween in the next couple of months, I was able to take a peek in the stock room and you will not be disappointed in the variety of costumes they have in store. While at Party City I had two young KiSS fans run up to me and tell me how much they LOVE KiSS 105.3.

Unfortunately our visit to Party City quickly came to and end. Sending us out to Wahnapitae to take part in the Wahnapitae Days! what an absolute blast it was, they had so many activities it was hard to choose which one to take part in. over to the right they had face painting, a bouncy castle, live music, and some delicious food. While over to the left they had a baseball tournament, a fishing tournament and a craft show taking place and this was all taking place while The Dynamic Earth Home of the Big Nickel Summer Cruiser was there, they had a wide variety of fun activities running all weekend long! It was incredible to see the community involvement in Wahnapitae.

We later visited the Downtown Sudbury Blues for Food concert that was taking place. They had some incredible live music and some of the best food trucks in town. While I was Downtown I made a couple new friends who shared with me that he was celebrating his tenth birthday! The two of them were quickly able to answer my Canada 150 question challenge so I hooked them up with some Dairy Queen gift cards A special thank you goes out to The Sudbury Food Bank  for hosting such an incredible afternoon, it was an amazing to be there and you couldn’t of picked a better day to have a concert in Downtown Sudbury.

We finished up the day at Graphic-Con where I felt like a little kid, I was blown away with some of the costumes and decorations that were on display. They had a panel of experts along with a questions and answer session where I was able to learn a lot about video games and the reality in which  those individuals go through to be able to follow their dream.
