Jackie Chan Confirms 'Rush Hour 4' in 2018

This is something so many Rush Hour fans have been waiting for … Rush Hour 4 is coming!!!

In the past, Jackie Chan has said that Rush Hour could happen but, only if the script is right.  During an interview on Power 106’s Cruz Show in L.A., Jackie said, “[It’s coming] next year. For the last seven years we’ve been turning down the script, turning down the script. Yesterday, we just agreed.”

Jackie stated that even though he agreed on the script, the movie will only happen on one condition … “If Chris Tucker agrees.”

RUSH HOUR 4 is in the works and is farther along then you probably thought. During a recent radio interview JACKIE CHAN revealed they just agreed on a script and it is already on its second draft. He also believes they will begin shooting next year. He just needs to get Chris Tucker onboard. Jackie also mentioned that it’s not about the money but more so about time.  Jackie jokes, “We’re all like old men.  The first Rush Hour was filmed nearly twenty years ago and fans have long awaited news on a fourth film.”

In case you’re not familiar with the movie series, the movie follows a pair of really interesting detectives, who are played by Jackie and Chris.  Both go on a series of adventures while they solve crime together.
