Richard Lafleur of Lively is the winner of the Canadian Hard of Hearing Association Ultimate Dream Home.

The CHHA reported a second straight year of over 71 thousand tickets sold, which helps the local organization as their only means of funding.

Executive Director Kim Scott says one of the focuses with the money will be to allow hard of hearing people to live their life to the fullest.

Executive Director Kim Scott says she continues to be blown away with the local support.

The 71 thousand tickets sold is up from 63 thousand just four years ago.

Scott says the money raised this year was slightly less but they still will be back next year and will keep the price at 20 dollars a ticket.
