The popularity of the NHL versus Docs game will be moving to the Sudbury arena on Sunday August 12th beginning with a BBQ at 11:30am in front of the rink.

Proceeds from the game go to the NEO Kids foundation whose Mission is to raise funds to support the health of our children in the North. Children need their own voice in health care, champions to herald their health care rights, and resources to help treat their unique medical needs, especially in Northern Ontario.

Former Sudbury Wolves player Nick Foligno is the Honorary Chair of NEO Kids Foundation. He’s currently the Captain of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets and is involved in a number of local charities.  KiSS Mornings with Shannon and Gary spoke to Nick about the importance of raising money in the North.
