Well, this Camp Day is looking quite a bit different than it usually does for us! For the last 10+ years, we have spent Tim Hortons’ Camp Day visiting as many Tim Hortons’ locations as possible……buying Camp Day bracelets…….maybe even serving you in the drive thru!

Obviously, things are a bit different this year. However, the importance of the Camp Day initiative remains the same. Camp Day is the largest annual fundraiser for the Tim Horton’s Foundation Camps.

Today, 100% of the sales from both hot & iced coffee goes to the Tim Hortons’ Foundation Camps who send local youth from disadvantaged circumstances to one of seven camps across North America. Over the past four decades, the Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps have helped more than 295,000 youth from disadvantaged circumstances change their stories for the better.

Already had your fill of coffee for the day? No problem! There are so many other ways to help too!

-If you have the kids in the car with you, hit up the drive thru for lunch and donate $2 to receive a Camp Day bracelet!

-Round Up your order, with the balance of the dollar going towards the Tim Hortons® Foundation Camps.

-Or make a one-time or monthly donation online any time at www.timscamps.com

Lastly, if you do hit up a Tim’s location today, help us spread the word! Join in the “Camp Day Conversation” by using the hashtag #TimsCampDay to show your support.

And if you are curious about how kids can benefit from camp during Covid-19, check this out!

  • Tims eCamp (Launching Summer 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic) – Tims eCamp is an all-new digital camp community built for youth from disadvantaged circumstances who need support during these uncertain times. At Tims eCamp, campers will be grouped into eCabins and guided by trained eCounsellors, have access to 8 weeks of structured yet flexible online programming, and have fun while building social, emotional and developmental skills in a safe environment to help them navigate the complexities of their individual circumstances.

Thanks for the support and hopefully we will see you in-person from behind the drive-thru window next year! – Cory & Jamie
