Louisiana Man Tell Neighbors His Pet Lizard Has Escaped, Warns Them Not to Pick it Up

Louisiana resident Michael Lauraine took to Facebook to warn his neighbors that his pet lizard, a 2 1/2-foot Nile Monitor named Kido, had escaped, UPI reports. Lauraine said the reptile had gotten loose sometime over the weekend and he believed it was somewhere in the neighborhood. He also warned them “not try to pick him up he doesn’t know you and will react out of fear.” Nile monitor lizards can grow to be 7-feet long, and have been known to eat small animals. The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries are investigating, and said they were “looking into whether or not any regulations were violated in relation to the liberating of this lizard into the wild.”

 

Steve-O Duct-Tapes Himself to L.A. Billboard

On Thursday in Los Angeles, several motorists looked up and saw a shirtless man duct-taped to a billboard. That man was Steve-O, who rented the billboard and says he had “a team of real professionals rig everything safely.” As Loudwire reports, the stunt was meant to draw attention to the former Jackass star’s new comedy special, Gnarly, which is reportedly “loaded with really dumb stuff.” Firefighters were eventually called to the scene of the duct-taping and helped Steve-O down, although he wasn’t arrested.

 

Bridezilla Requires Guests to “Make Choices That Highlight Your Physical Attributes,” Bans “Beachy” Hair

Everybody’s got a bridezilla story, but have you ever received a list of dress-code requirements from a bride-to-be? That’s exactly what one bride whose invitation was shared on Facebook did. Among her requests was, “Make choices that highlight your physical attributes rather than trying to mask the ones you dislike.” She also insisted that women wear floor-length dresses and banned “sleeves, lace and prints.” “Beachy, bohemian Hair” and braids were among the hair no-nos, and “facial piercings” were also prohibited.”  Also, men were to dress in black tuxedos.
