It only takes two hands! Effective bystander hands-only CPR provided immediately after sudden cardiac arrest can double or triple a victim’s chance of survival.

The City of Greater Sudbury’s Paramedic Services, in partnership with The Heart and Stroke Foundation, is pleased to present the “It Only Takes Two Hands”campaign, offering a free hands-only bystander CPR training session at the following locations:

November 17 1 p.m. Lionel E. Lalonde Centre – 239 Montee Principale,
Azilda – French – November 21 6 p.m. Garson Arena – 100 Church St., Garson
November 24 1 p.m. Howard Armstrong Centre  -4040 Elmview Dr., Hanmer
December 3 6 p.m. Churchill Public School – 1722 Fielding St., Sudbury
December 5 7 p.m. Dowling Community Centre – 79 Main West, Dowling
December 8 1 p.m. Howard Armstrong Centre – 4040 Elmview Dr., Hanmer – French
